The term 'dry hire' means there is no sale of alcohol, meaning we cannot provide the alcohol for your event. However, you will purchase the alcohol and we can take care of the rest- bartenders, bar set up, mixers, garnishes, cups, straws and more! This will avoid mark up that traditional caterers charge, saving you money!
Based on your guest count and preferences, we customize an order to ensure you have the right amount of alcohol for your event! Utilizing local liquor stores and distributors, this offers bulk discounts and even returns for what wasn't used during service unless you want to keep it. They will then put your order together and send you an invoice.
We are located in the capital of North Dakota, Bismarck!
Our services travel throughout the state of North Dakota, for now! We offer free travel to Bismarck/Mandan/Lincoln city jurisdiction limits. If outside those limits, there is a travel fee that is added on to the package(s) of your choice.
From our packages, we offer the hire of a bartender, mixers, and/or consumables. This comes with with nessesities to serve drinks- bar utensils, cups, napkins, straws, ice, ect. These particular packages will need some type of table/bar top that we can work from. With our optional add-ons, we offer portable bar tables or a bar top, that we bring with us to the event to serve drinks off of!
Yes! Our bar tables and bar top are portable. Whether you are hosting a Christmas party inside during winter or a wedding outside in the summer, we have the luxury of being able to set up just about anywhere to fit in perfect with your event needs.
Yes! We are fully covered with general liability and liquor liability, keeping your mind at ease.
We offer a fully customizable bar service! From signage and napkins, to drink stirrers and tossware plus more! We strive to make your event memorable. Working one on one with you or the event planner in the design process, we ensure it is truly what you desire! From there we handle the ordering, organization, quality check and set up, taking the process off your shoulders and giving you time back to what matters most, enjoying your event with your guests.
Yes, in order to secure us for your special event, at the time of booking we will require a 50% retainer fee. The rest of the balance is due 2 weeks before your event date.
